Marbim Basimchah: Month-Long Jewish Laughter Retreat

The Talmud teaches that with the beginning of the month of Adar, we are encouraged to increase our happiness.  How do we cultivate joy in the midst of isolation, loss, and fear?

Laughter, Torah’s Living Wisdom, and Community.

For the entire month of Adar, Rabbi Getzel Davis and Laughter Coach Shimon Darwick will offer thrice weekly laughter Torah sessions to warm up our sunken hearts.

Practically, each session will be twenty minutes long: 15 minutes of laughter exercises to awaken our body, mind, and souls followed by 5 minutes of studying Jewish wisdom and sharing moments of joy with each other.

Teachings and Practice Instructions will be recorded for folks who missed sessions, but for privacy we will not record the group practices.

Discounts are available to couples who sign up together.
